The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has presented a number of challenges for the workplace. In response to this, the next in our series of COVID-Conversation webinars will explore the resulting health and safety issues and how to address them. As the virus continues to impact how we work across multiple sectors, including essential services, manufacturing and more, our panellists will look at ongoing areas of concern. Drawing on their collective experience, they will debate solutions from policy and regulatory perspectives, as well as sharing insights on current issues and offering practical recommendations and guidance on prevention measures for all workplaces.

Our panel includes Tim Everett, doctoral researcher and trainer in environmental law, who can also call on a wealth of experience as a board member for various health agencies and national adviser to the Cabinet Office. Jonathan Hayes, risk management director at Moto, the motorway service station operator, and member of CIEH's Board of Trustees. We’ll also be joined by Julie Barker, Team Leader – Safety and Health Protection at Wakefield Metropolitan District Council, and member of CIEH’s health and safety advisory panel.
